Beginning with the next Need for Speed title and expanding to future initiatives, Codemasters Cheshire will work with Criterion on creative, technical, and feature execution in support of the vision outlined in the Need for Speed strategy.

Unfortunately, apart from the identity of the team behind this new project, we have no concrete information. However, the various rumors indicate that this new game will be called Need For Speed Unbound, that it will be released exclusively on PC and next-gen, and that it will feature “a simplified car upgrade system similar to that of Forza Horizon” and will take place in the streets of Chicago.
