Top 10: Fast Charging Support Smartphones | Smartphones With Fast Charging
In recent years, some smartphones have been equipped with the latest technology known as “ultra-fast charging,” which allows them to recharge their battery in record time.
Manufacturers have been using more powerful chargers to reduce the charging time of our smartphones significantly. According to our research and development team, Oppo’s chargers, with a capacity of 65W, are currently the most potent ones available.
However, brands like Xiaomi and Vivo are planning to launch models that exceed 100W in the near future. In 2020, Oppo introduced Flash Charge, a revolutionary technology that uses a 125W adapter to recharge a smartphone in just 20 minutes. As a result, this list of the fastest-charging smartphones is likely to change regularly over the coming months.

To ensure the accuracy of our findings, we put all the devices we receive to the test by measuring their recharge time. Our testing process involves charging a smartphone to 100% upon arrival, followed by a complete battery discharge. We then use specialized software to measure the remaining battery capacity at regular intervals after plugging it into its original charger. In this top 10 list, Chinese brands dominate with their impressive ultra-fast charging technology.
It’s worth noting that this ranking only features devices that are currently available for purchase. Previous top-ranking devices, such as the Realme X2 Pro (recharged in 29 minutes) and the Oppo Find X (recharged in 33 minutes), are no longer sold on the market.
Is this technology dangerous?
Before presenting our findings, it’s essential to address concerns that some people may have about the potential risks of using ultra-fast charging technology. While it’s true that batteries tend to age faster when they heat up, it’s still unclear what impact ultra-fast charging may have on the longevity of our smartphones.
It’s worth noting that some manufacturers, like Oppo and Realme, have implemented a solution to reduce the heat generated during charging. They use two batteries in their devices, which divide the energy received by two, thus lowering the voltage and minimizing heat production.
However, it’s still too early to determine if this solution will have any impact on the lifespan of the battery. Only time will tell if these measures are effective in preventing any negative effects of ultra-fast charging technology.

Battery Capacity Is Also Important:
We chose to compare charging times in absolute terms for our top 10 list, which may disadvantage devices with high-capacity batteries, such as the Find X2 Pro with its 4260 mAh battery. Our reasoning is that consumers purchasing these devices are likely more interested in the time it takes for a full charge, rather than the efficiency of the charge (i.e., the time it takes to recover the same battery capacity).
It’s worth noting that in this case, the Xiaomi Mi 10, which can recover 1000 mAh in 12 minutes, would rank above the Oppo Find X2 Neo, which takes slightly longer (12.67 minutes) to charge the same amount of energy.
